The Bacon Jam Diner in Edgewood, New Mexico is a new breakfast and lunch diner founded by Craig and Monica Wood in February and December 2019. Everything was wonderful, but the true highlight was the foot-long taco. I ordered a club sandwich which I have ordered in dozens of restaurants over the years. She was super nice and great to talk to.

There were 6 of us and we ordered two burgers, an omelette, philly cheese steak, and chicken fried steak....Everything was wonderful, but the true highlight was the foot-long taco. They were $3 each plus an additional $1 for choice of bacon, ham or sausage.
The person who took the order over the phone had great customer service. Chilaquiles. The facility was clean, but Covid practices were in question.
Food was ok. *chef’s kiss* We had some last night on top of cheddar bacon cheeseburgers. We ate here recently and regret it.
The food was tasty, but that bacon was not for the weak of stomach - it sure was greasy. Three pieces of bead, thinly sliced deli meats and cheeses on toast with mayonnaise. Tried to go in and they advised the lobby was closed and tonuse the drive thru.

Infuriating experience. Return the cooked bacon to the pot and add all of the remaining ingredients except for the water. Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the remaining bacon grease. We paid the extra $1 for the meat. Realty is going to suck when it slaps them upside the head. These folks should not be operating a restaurant!!!!!
